Hi! I’m Crystal.
I know a thing or two about wanting to SLOW DOWN. For years, I’ve been working my $#% off trying to get my business off the ground then, continuing to work my butt off to make sure it was successful.
Besides that, I have been raising my daughter and supporting my hard-working husband as he also was establishing a business (an organic vegetable farm) and working extra long hours full of manual labor.
Here’s the thing I’ve realized –
There is ALWAYS more that we can do in a day.
Whether you’re working for someone else or for yourself, raising a family, taking care of an aging parent, or whatever the case may be – as women, we wear MANY hats and, while we’re trying to keep the wheels from falling off, we forget who we are.
We get swept up in the rat race and identify ourselves by the hats we wear or the roles we play and lose sight of what’s really important.
But it’s not your fault.
We’re conditioned to do it all. Yes, it’s amazing that nowadays we have the ability to seemingly “have it all” but no one really ever taught us HOW.
Over the past few years, I have made it a priority to slow down and be present for myself, my family, and others that I love and want to support.
I want you to know that you are not alone and you are not damaged because you feel stressed out, burned out, overwhelmed, and like life is passing you by.
Through my online course, group coaching, and retreats, I’ve helped numerous women, like you, learn HOW to slow down and actually ENJOY it. They’ve found so much more happiness, contentment, inner peace, and a reignited passion for life and you can too.
