Hellagood Life is an online training platform, a supportive community, and a coaching solution to help people live their best lives.
We train in three main areas – Self-Care, Relationships, and Life Purpose. Dale Berkebile is the CEO and his life’s purpose is to challenge people to become innovative leaders so that we can change the world together.
If you are a leader or want to be a leader one day the classes and training offered by Hellagood Life will help you find your inner peace, and strength to live your most authentic life. We do this through mindfulness, yoga, and other wellness practices where you take time to focus on yourself, be present, and create a flow state between body, mind, and spirit.
The yoga options offered by Hellagood Life are…
- The Mindful Yoga Program – This was originally a training on 40+ yoga poses to teach the beginner how to do single poses. Over time and with new upgrades this program slowly got a bit deeper and immersive. It has plans to go beyond just learning the original 40+ poses but also how to start turning that knowledge into a practice.
- Gentle Chair Yoga – One of the things Hellagood Life aims to offer is accessibility and inclusiveness. In the Gentle Chair Yoga program, we offer an easy way to start practicing no matter your mobility, age, or experience level. The goal of this course is to introduce yoga postures and practices to disabled, senior/active older adults, and/or the beginner community; develop inner awareness; focus on breath; build strength, flexibility, and mobility throughout the body; and bring attention to mindful practices in the present moment.
- 21-Day Yoga Challenge – For those a little more experienced and looking to start building a regular practice or challenge themself, this 21-day challenge might be perfect for you. The goal of this online course and challenge is to introduce yoga postures and practices; develop inner awareness; focus on breath; build strength, flexibility, and mobility throughout the body; and bring attention to mindful practices in the present moment. It includes… Core, Balance, Strength, Mobility/Flexibility, Sun Salutations, Gentle Restorative, and Mini-Classes designed for morning wakeup, evening release, or mid-day burn. The equipment needed will be a Yoga Mat. Additional Equipment can be yoga straps, bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, pillows, chairs, etc. This is a three-week program, repeated every seven days. Each day has a specific theme/goal (listed on the calendar).
