What are we? We’re a 24/7 infrared sauna fitness studio. Our sessions, which are led by Virtual Instructors, synergize heat, infrared energy, and exercise so that you can torch the calories and find your inner warrior.
We offer 30-minute isometric workout sessions and 15-minute HIIT sessions. That’s right, only 30 or 15 minutes!—the heat and the infrared energy make your exercise time ultra-efficient.
Want to maximize your results? Cross train in our FX Zone with weights and strength training equipment. You can follow along with a silent trainer video through different routines or receive personalized instruction from certified trainers using Virtual Personal Training in the HOTWORX Burn Off App.
