My yoga journey began at an emotionally and physically challenging period in my life. I needed to learn how to calm my mind and get active to regain my health. As I wasn’t an enthusiastic gym lover, yoga seemed like a good option to explore. The joy that I found in my personal practice inspired me to continue learning and eventually pursue a teaching career. Along the way, I founded Joyful Rose to share my passion for yoga, spirituality, and budget friendly self-care.
I believe there is a practice for every person regardless of age, physical ability, or body type. I incorporate chakra work as an aid to recognizing and healing emotional wounds that cause physical responses. My mission is make yoga accessible and part of routine self-care for all stages of life. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for exploration of asana, spiritual growth, and body positivity.
My specialties are Gentle Hatha, Yin/Yang, Restorative, Chakra Balance, Meditation, and Sound Baths. I offer a variety of workshops and classes, so you’re sure to find something that fits your life. If not, reach out to me here and let’s work together to design your perfect practice!
