Unleashed with Elishia

In 2017, Elishia offered an online 7-Day Yoga Challenge. I was lucky enough to join virtually. This was my first experience with yoga. What I found through this first exposure to yoga was just how intense a yoga practice could be and how out of shape I was. Elishia offered an enjoyable, educational, and challenging experience. This is what turned me on to explore yoga deeper. I would have signed up for more classes but things didn't work at the time but I will tell you this was a great experience and I highly recommend working with her. I think she focuses on women's empowerment coaching and yoga training now. Being a long time meditator, her teaching not only the poses and sequences each day there was also breathing exercises that link my mindfulness practice to the yoga practices she was teaching. This helped me feel more connected to yoga as a practice for a new-to yoga student.
