Advanced Yoga Curriculum
The training covers advanced practices across multiple dimensions of yoga. You will explore advanced Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Alignment & Adjustment, Teaching Methodology, and Teaching Practicum.
The 29-day structure gives you time to practise, reflect, receive guidance, and gradually integrate the teachings into your own practice and teaching.
Deepen Your Personal Practice
The asana practice moves toward intermediate and advanced levels, with a strong focus on alignment, stability, awareness, safe progression, and mindful movement. You will explore standing postures, balancing, twists, forward and backward bends, inversions, restorative practices, and traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices.
Pranayama and meditation are also explored at a deeper level, including traditional breathing techniques, awareness of prana, meditation methods, mantra practices, mindfulness, and Himalayan meditation traditions.
The course also introduces deeper work with Mudras, Bandhas, Mantra, Kundalini practices, Nadi awareness, Chakra practices, and subtle energy, helping students understand yoga beyond the physical body.
Teaching Methodology & Practicum
An important part of the 300-hour training is developing the ability to teach with greater clarity, confidence, and awareness.
You will participate in structured teaching practice and receive guidance and feedback from experienced teachers. You will work on class sequencing, alignment, adjustments, communication, demonstration, observation, class management, and teaching presence.

Yoga Therapy, Anatomy & Ayurveda
The course explores the relationship between yoga, the human body, and holistic well-being.
You will study advanced anatomy and physiology, yoga therapy concepts, alignment principles, injury prevention, body awareness, and the practical application of yoga knowledge.
The Ayurveda component introduces traditional concepts such as Tridosha, Prakriti, Vikruti, Pancha Mahabhuta, Agni, Dhatu, Mala, and Srotas, helping students understand health and balance through the traditional Ayurvedic perspective.
Residential Yogic Experience
Living at the academy allows you to immerse yourself fully in the training. The residential experience includes accommodation, three sattvic vegetarian meals each day, study materials, yoga props, workshops, excursions, and complimentary pickup from Dehradun Airport.
The residential environment also encourages students to experience yoga beyond the classroom through discipline, mindful living, self-study, community, and the principles of Karma Yoga.
