Yoga Alliance: Can support RYT-500 registration when combined with a previous 200-hour certification.

Deepen your asana practice through advanced postures, balancing, twists, inversions, forward and backbends, and restorative practices, with emphasis on alignment, stability, awareness, and safe progression.

Teaching sessions focus on sequencing, communication, demonstration, observation, adjustments, class management, and practical teaching, with guidance and feedback from experienced teachers.

Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda

Explore advanced anatomy, yoga therapy, alignment principles, injury prevention, and body awareness. The Ayurveda component introduces Tridosha, Prakriti, Vikruti, Pancha Mahabhuta, Agni, Dhatu, Mala, and Srotas.

Residential Experience

The residential program includes accommodation, three sattvic vegetarian meals daily, study materials, yoga props, workshops, excursions, and complimentary Dehradun Airport pickup.
