We started Core Collab to solve these problems. Our team designs and manufactures professional-grade Pilates equipment that meets the needs of instructors, studios, and clients alike. We focus on functionality, durability, and adaptability. Every machine we build is shaped through real conversations with people in the Pilates community. We listen closely, then create solutions that help instructors teach more effectively and give studios the tools to grow with confidence.

We build all our equipment in the United States using high-quality materials and simple, practical designs. Our machines support a wide range of movement styles—from traditional Pilates to strength-focused circuit training. One of our most versatile products is the Sculptformer. This multi-purpose Megaformer alternative allows for both resistance training and Pilates-based movement in a single machine. It helps instructors expand class formats without cluttering their space with extra equipment.

We also offer support for those starting from scratch. Our “Studio in a Box” solution provides everything needed to open a studio, from machines and props to layout guidance and branding materials. For existing spaces, we offer layout consultations and flexible equipment packages that fit seamlessly into daily operations.
