My Yoga Tao

Mistyanne has been teaching yoga since 2010 for both private and public classes in a variety of settings from yoga studios, rehabilitation facilities, and schools, to corporate offices. In 2014 she began her journey with the art of Vedic Thai-yoga bodywork. After years of Thai Yoga service, moving from the Thai floor mat to the massage table was a natural evolution of Misty’s work in somatic health and wellness. “I find that each branch of practice I explore extends from the same tree, seamlessly and exquisitely weaving into and enhancing each other”.
