You’ll flip over everything that Southwest Community Center has to offer. We offer Yoga classes Monday at 9:00 AM, Monday at 6:00 PM, Thursday at 10:00 AM, Thursday at 3:00 PM, and Saturday at 9:15 AM.

I really enjoy the Monday and Thursday morning Yoga classes. It has about 15 to 20 people consistently. The Yoga Instructor is personable and has a good sense of humor. The classes are enjoyable and are great for a beginner but there are also a few more seasoned people attending the class. The classes I went to were free except for the Annual Membership price to join the Fort Worth City community center. So the price is great! The members were all friendly and I feel great after a good session.
